Living in Campanet



The small and quiet village of Campanet is situated only 30 minutes away from the city of Palma de Mallorca. It has about 2.700 inhabitants.

Campanet is a town on the island of Mallorca. Known for its rural environment and its tranquillity, it is ideal for those who are looking to escape from the city.


Living in Campanet brings us tranquillity and living surrounded by nature. Most of the houses are village houses, but we can also find some flats in small buildings with few neighbours.

What to visit in Campanet.


A few minutes away by car we can reach the small hermitage of San Miquel, a small religious temple in Gothic style from the 13th century, located a few steps away from the well-known Font Ufanes, a natural monument since 2001. This is a natural water spring with intermittent outcrops that spring up in a diffuse manner, after the accumulation of rain.



The well-known Campanet Caves, a paradise in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range, have a surface area of some 3,200 m2 and a distance of almost 500 metres. The visit to the caves lasts about 40 minutes.




The surroundings


Around the village of Campanet we find Inca, known as the city of leather, in the coastal area, only 15 minutes away by car we can reach Pollença and Alcudia where we can enjoy its marvellous beaches. The municipality of Sa Pobla is only a few minutes away by car with supermarkets such as Lidl, Mercadona and Eroski. The nearest villages we can find are Buger and Moscari, around Moscari and Campanet we have rural roads ideal for cycling or walking while we enjoy the natural beauty that gives us the place.


Campanet is undoubtedly a place to enjoy the peace and quiet.
